Singing feels good, and there's plenty of research to explain why.  Millions of people around the world know that singing in groups brings them joy, beauty, connection, and expression. The pandemic has paused gatherings of this kind, but what remains true is that singing is essential. To keep singing in our homes and with others online, bringing songs into our lives, sustains us and connects us.
